Huston Automotive Group in Avon Park is growing and is now hiring a Receptionist. The position is full time.

Our dealership is brand new, and we are looking for a bright welcoming person to greet our customers when they arrive or call.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Answers a multi-line phone system, routes calls, and takes messages
• Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, providing basic information
• Greets showroom guests in a hospitable manner
• Directs guests to the correct department / notifies the appropriate employee that a guest is waiting
• Exhibits ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
• Maintains safe and clean reception area
• Performs other job related duties as assigned

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS :

• Prior receptionist / phone bank experience required
• Bilingual a plus (English & Spanish)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Exhibits a confident and professional phone manner
• Ability to handle heavy phone volume
• Good computer / MS Office skills
• Familiarity with CRM or dealership management software
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Professional appearance and demeanor (attire is Business Casual - no jeans).
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check
